Delivery and Returns


Shipping within the UK is FREE. All orders under £50 will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked which takes approximately 1-2 days delivery. All orders over £50 will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is 1-2 days delivery if ordered before 3pm. Please note orders dispatched on Friday don’t necessarily arrive on Saturday and may arrive on Monday if dispatched via Special Delivery. We do not work on Saturday or Sunday’s so any orders that come through on Friday after 2pm will not be processed until Monday, unless it's a Bank holiday then the orders will be processed the following day.


International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Airsure or Royal Mail International Signed For depending on your country. International deliveries take around 3-12 working days depending on your location.

PLEASE NOTE: Our offices are closed on Bank Holidays, so we are unable to process any orders on such days, and Royal Mail do not deliver on Bank Holidays.


We offer a 30 Days Return Policy. This means any item/items bought from us can be returned within 30 Days of purchase. Please note that returned item/items must be unworn, still have all packaging, tags attached and returned as new.

• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

Late deliveries or despatch

Watchmax are able to dispatch almost all orders in one working day, in rare circumstances this can be exceeded by one day and cause a delay.

The other circumstance which may cause a delay is when the delivery service itself has a problem. This is a rare situation but is unfortunately beyond our control. In these situations, we will do our very best to take responsibility for the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible. In rare circumstances especially during busy festive periods Royal mail may misplace deliveries which can take between 10 and 20 working days to deliver.

Lost Deliveries

In the very rare circumstances a delivery fails to arrive and is confirmed lost by Royal mail we will issue a full refund or a send a replacement. The time taken to confirm a delivery has been lost is defined by Royal mail depending on the type of delivery chosen. We aim to have the process complete with any replacement or refund processed within 30 days.

Consequential loss for late deliveries

If a delivery is late, e.g. the postal service fails to deliver within the guaranteed timescale, then Watchmax will provide a refund of any delivery charges that were charged to you. If the delivery was free, Watchmax do not provide financial compensation to cover consequential losses, e.g. Time taken off work to receive deliveries, or the item is intended as a gift, and you purchase the same item from a more expensive retailer.
